“After being in our home for 23 years, our landscaping needed a complete overhaul. We asked friends for recommendations, which yielded three designers. One was Doug Myers. We interviewed each designer, which included touring around the outside of our residence and taking in the views of the yard from inside our house. Each of them was shown photos we had assembled of the look we wanted. Doug Myers ‘got it.’ He asked the right questions, including our budget. Doug’s design, which we loved at first sight and ‘as is,’ kept within that budget. He emailed or called us back promptly when we had questions; produced detailed estimates and other paperwork and so on. Installation was meticulously done; our questions were welcomed and answered in great detail. After the first winter with out new landscaping, Doug returned to assess how it had done. Two dead shrubs were replaced, no charge. Two years on, we remain delighted with the beauty of Doug’s work. It brings us great joy and many compliments.
